Pelvic connect offers a specialized training program designed for the expecting. The goal is to simplify the overwhelming amount of information, emotions, and life changes being thrown at you in a short period of time. Here at Pelvic Connect we are trained in providing nutritional support, prenatal fitness, childbirth preparation, etc. We strive to help and empower women to live healthier lives before, during, and after pregnancy. This program will prepare your body for pregnancy, help you have a healthy pregnancy and delivery, as well as maximize the health of you and baby once baby is home. We offer in-person 1:1 session in the comfort of your own home as well as virtual services.
