Service Description

Pelvic connect offers a specialized training program designed for postpartum new and seasoned moms. The goal is to help you understand setting realistic goals, expectations, and boundaries for yourself and your family. We work together to help your body best recover from the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, and delivery. We also help restore core function to avoid or eliminate common aches and pain in the postpartum period. We offer in-person, 1:1 sessions from the comfort of your own home as well as virtual services.
